We work with developers building new communities as well as those Boards of Directors for established communities. We feel that with good financial planning and leadership within each community they can attain superior building and infrastructure maintenance programs which only sustain highest property values for the owners.

Marquis prepares

• monthly financial statements for the ongoing business procedures and future records,
• yearly budgets,
• planning for capital improvements projects

We work with all contractors and maintenance issues with the homeowners as the need arises.

 We interact with CPA's, attorneys, engineers, etc. for formulation of needed tax reports, capital project specifications and legal letters and litigation needs of a community.

We are the arms and legs of the Board of Directors who have regular jobs and families.
